Building 6.7.1 on Windows with Cmake

I'm trying to create Visual Studio projects for 6.7.1 on Windows using Cmake. I did this with 6.6 and it worked very well. I open the top-level CMakeLists.txt from 6.7.1. In Cmake, I point to the prebuilt 3rdparty libs from 6.6. But when I press the configure button in Cmake, it never completes (i.e. hangs).

Has anyone had sucess with Cmake and 6.7.1 on Windows?
