How to insert a new command in Draw?

We wrote a program extracted from the Documentation of O.C.(in .Cxx) with the editor XEmacs. (Modeling Algorithms User's Guide page 125).

How can we test this program in the Draw-Framework ? What should we add to it ? Could you eventually send us an example of your own "command" added to Draw ? (That is to say the whole way from our .cxx file to Draw).
