Hi,
I am using STL export, and also meshing capabilities. An in both cases it produces a lot of wrong triangles (I am using an external tool to check this).
Note that the problem arise even with simple geometry : for instance STL export failed to correctly export an hollow semi-sphere. In this case, it produces a *lot* of small weird triangles at one pole, while the rest of the shape seems good tesselated in the STL file.
Is there a way to get good stl export ?

Hi Frederic,
The OpencASCADE Meshing algorithm is not done to export good stl files.
If you really want to havew a good exporter, I think you have to write your own mesher, or to wait and see what will be available in the SALOME project.
But you can definitively enter a bug with that point.
