Summary0000467: Option to Build Static Libraries
DescriptionThis improvement proposal has been added at

It would be nice to add the option to build the static libraries in addition to
the DLLs to the Windows makefiles (.dsp files).

Unfortunatelly, building of OCC in static libraries on WNT requires not only
special options but also some code modifications.
