Summary	0000544: Problems with the results of MakePipeShell.
Description	If I display everything in Draw, it looks perfect. However when I display in the V3d Viewer, it appears to be collapsed in the center. I have attached a modified AISViewer.cxx file, a script btube.tcl to excercise it, and two screen dumps of the output of "btube.tcl".
