Summary	0001540: exception while writing step file with invisible layer
Description	Dear Igor, Dear Pavel, I havce found BUG in STEPCAFControl_Writer while storing invisible layer into STEP file operation. To reporude just take test script from an attachment and run in XDEDRAWEXE. I am attaching fix for OS:FIXOCC40 version. Please validate and test it. PS: fix for dev version would be as soon asap.
