Summary0005083: Some Windows-specific corrections and improvements in WOK.
DescriptionSeveral problems have been corrected and some improvements have been introduced:

- The WOKSteps_Remove_File step now actually removes files (did not work in the
past).
- The %CMPLRS_CXX_DBMSOpt parameter is now always used in compilation.
- More correct processing of the WOK_ROOTADMDIR variable on Windows when
starting WOK.

generated from other source files, which have been removed).
- The %CMPLRS_CXX_DBMSOpt parameter is now always used in compilation.
- Correct start of the WOK session when %WOK_ROOTADMDIR% variable points to a
disk different from Open CASCADE installation.
