New features:
Producing of lofts and swept shapes with punctulal sections at extremities is
now available.
Modified entities:
BRepOffsetAPI_ThruSections.cdl:
new method AddVertex(const TopoDS_Vertex& aVertex)

BRepOffsetAPI_MakePipeShell.cdl:
methods Add, SetLaw and Delete changed: now the type of the input parameter
Profile is TopoDS_Shape (it may be a wire or a vertex).

BRepFill_PipeShell.cdl:
methods Add, SetLaw and Delete changed: now the type of the input parameter
Profile is TopoDS_Shape (it may be a wire or a vertex).

BRepFill_Section.cdl:
constructor changed: now the type of the first input parameter Profile is
TopoDS_Shape (it may be a wire or a vertex).

GeomFill_SectionPlacement.cdl:
constructor changed: now the type of the input parameter Section is
Geom_Geometry (it may be a curve or a point);
two new fields of class have been added: myIsPoint (Standard_Boolean) and
