DescriptionIn frame of the Graphic3d_Group class there is a method to set text alignment
parameter (horizontal & vertical), but they are not implemented.

New Draw command vtext has been added.
Usage: vtext string [x y z] HorizontalTextAlignment VerticalTextAlignment
