Summary0013817: Manifest embeding step is desirable when part of libraries is in Optimize mode but other one in Debug
DescriptionMS Visual Studio 2005 implements new type of library files *.manifest. For
proper operation of applications is necessary to embed these *.manifest files
into correcponded *.dll. Unfortunatelly it is imposible with MS VC8 linker and
requires new compilation step implementation
