Summary0022148: Doxygen docs improvement: navigation
DescriptionDoxygen docs are improved by TCL script launched after generation.
The goal is to add navigation path to the class pages.

The attachment contains updated script OCCTDocumentation.tcl, including since
now a new procedure "OCCDoc_PostProcessor". This must be called after doxygen
with the only argument DOCUMENTATION_DIR.
