Summary0022305: XDE Xml reader does not check the version of xml file
DescriptionBug representation is avaible with help of attached versionBug.xml file with
version=100500 (but the last ver. is 6).
Type the following: Open vesionBug.xml D
after that the reading status is equal 0 (Ok). So this thing is incorrect.

Improvements:
Now the Xml document reader check the version of document for compatibility with
itself version. If file version greater than reader version the reader status
sets to PCDM_RS_NoVersion and no operation performs.
