Description	Post from forum: http://www.opencascade.org/org/forum/thread_20121/ Makefiles generated by Automake provide a way to install everything in a staged area via the DESTDIR variable. This is very helpful, for instance to build binary packages without having privileged rights. Patch adds this support into hand-build install targets in ros/Makefile.am
