Summary	0022703: Exception in bop command for the specified shapes
Description	Exception is raised during call BRepAlgoAPI_Section constructor for the specified shapes in Release mode of OCCT only. In debug it works properly. It is reproducible in Draw during call of "bop" command for the same shapes. Environment: MS Windows 7, x64 & VV10 & Release mode.
Steps To Reproduce	Draw script. pload DEFAULT restore faceAC.brep f restore pln.brep p checkshape f checkshape p bop f p ==> Exception
