| Description | It is proposed to add to the front (initial) page of Mantis the description of rules we must follow during bugs advancement, in the form of a short and convenient list of instructions corresponding to each standard step of bug advancement, based on the internal more detailed description that exists in the form of a document under your responsibility. This, imho, will allow to minimize errors (such as incorrect status switching, redundant steps etc.) during bugs processing in Mantis. | ||||

I have attached the graph representing standard issue life cycle (in dot format) and image produced from this graph. I propose this image to be placed on top of the Mantis window, right to the logo (and the logo itself should be replaced by OCCT, not MantisBT one). The logo can then be made a reference to dev site, while workflow picture can be link to "Contribution Workflow" document. |
