Summary	0023282: Wrong triangulation on cone
Description	For cone with angle from around 90 to 180 the produced triangulation is wrong, see screenshots. The issue is reproduced with versions 6.5.0-6.5.3. If to specify an angle 181 (in the DRAW reproducer) then the triangulation is correct.
