Description	File EXTERNLIN in TKViewerTest toolkit contains TKOpenGl which is not actually needed for it and prevents building DRAW when TKOpenGl fails to build

kgv 2012-09-22 20:08 developer ~0021538	What are you talking about? TKViewerTest in fact intended to test 3D viewer. Moreover TKViewerTest depends on TKOpenGl explicitly since UserDraw interface tests were added in ViewerTest package by 0023067.
