Descriptioncheckshape command does not detect that the attached face has a not closed 2d contour.
Steps To Reproduce1. restore f_ref.brep f
   checkshape f
   pcurve f
   2dfit

2. original case:
   test draft angle E5
   explode result f
   checkshape result_4
   pcurve result_4

This problem has been detected during the testing of new Boolean operation algorithm in the case draft angle E5.

By the way, the command checkcurveonsurf finds the error on this face, because definitely check on sameparameter will fail for one of edges of this face.
