Summary0023808: Suspected regressions in new Boolean Operations
DescriptionComparing results of tests execution on current Git master and version of December 2012, I have noticed a number of visual differences which look like possible regressions:

boolean bcut_complex N9, O5-O8
boolean bfuse_complex O5, O6, P8
boolean bopcut_simple Z2
boolean bopfuse_complex H1, J6
boolean bopfuse_simple ZB3, ZB4
boolean boptuc_complex G9

bugs iges buc60820_1, _2

feat featlf C8, C9, D6
feat featprism O5, G3, R5
feat featrevol J7, A3, B1

 1. The following cases work correct with new BOA:
   boolean bopcut_simple Z2
           bopfuse_simple ZB3 ZB4
           boptuc_complex G9
    
   feat featlf C8 C9 D6
        featprism O5 G3 R5
        featrevol J7 A3 B1

2. The following cases are limitations for BOP because of bad location of the shapes according to each other:
   boolean bcut_complex N9
           bcut_complex O8
           bopfuse_complex J6

3. The following cases use not valid shapes as arguments for BOP:
   a.Not closed solids:
   boolean bcut_complex O5 O6 O7
           bfuse_complex O5 O6
           bopfuse_complex H1 (the solid b136 is not closed, but the case works OK after fixshape command applied on this shape)

   b.Shape is self-interfered
   boolean bfuse_complex P8 - the shape tool_1.brep is self-interfered
