Summary	0023913: Unstable test case bugs modalg_4 bug770
Description	The test bugs modalg_4 bug770 is undtable, at least on Windows (VC 2008 32-bit on Win 7 64-bit): sometimes it reports problems encoded in TODO statements and is marked as BAD, but sometimes raises exception (access violation at 0x04, NoSuchObject in NCollection_List::First) and is marked as FAILED

~~abv~~ 2013-04-22 07:16 manager ~0024233	Exception NoSuchObject in NCollection_List::First occurs in BOPAlgo_PaveFiller::PerformVE() line 110 because list aLPB is empty. Note that random results of this test likely highlights intrinsic instability of the algorithm.
