DescriptionIn StepData_Protocol.cxx there are four loops following the scheme:

nb = NbResources()
for(i = 1; i <= nb; i++)
...

The point is StepData_Protocol::NbResources always returns 0.

Was this intended? Is this code a preparation for extending the existing functionality or is this a bug?
