Summary0025517: It is necessary to make the "Step to reproduce" field mandatory for filling.
DescriptionDeveloper must not have possibility to switch issue to status "RESOLVED" if "Step to reproduce" field was not filled.
And Mantis must show reason of inability to switch, message like:
"Step to reproduce" field was not filled.
Steps To Reproduce1. Switch any issue to 'Resolved' status
2. You will see a new mandatory field 'Steps To Reproduce' on Resolve issue form
