slava Just for your information. Old Boolean Operations (BOA) provided by BRepAlgo package is out of maintenance at least since 2000. See http://dev.opencascade.org/doc/overview/html/occt_user_guides__boolean_operations.html for more details Nevertheless there are some intersection problems for the case in current version.
