Summary	0026300: Differnece between "test" and "testgrid" commands
Description	testgrid bugs modalg_5 bug24915 - return "BAD" state. test bugs modalg_5 bug24915 - return "OK" state, but it should be in "BAD" state. It seems that "TODO" statement and and error message are ignored.
