Summary0026976: OCAF - duplicate code should be removed from FSD_BinaryFile class
DescriptionAfter introduction of several static methods in FSD_BinaryFile which use standard streams as arguments, the old methods of the class still have duplicate code.

There is the need to merge or remove this duplicate code.
