OPEN CASCADE may, but have no obligation to, remove User Posts and Accounts containing User Posts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violating any party’s intellectual property or the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website.

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any OPEN CASCADE customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

All posts not directly related to the list of subjects given above, especially topics of political, philosophical or religious nature will be deleted without any explanation.

No job postings (job seeking or job offering) are allowed.

Language shall be English.

The moderator does not edit posts. They are either accepted “as-is” or deleted without any explanation.

If you think your post was deleted in error, please contact us via the Contact Form rather than posting it again.

If you feel that someone else's post should not have been approved, please contact us via the Contact Form rather than posting a follow-up to the group.

To avoid flames over netiquette issues, the moderator may ask you to correct your post.

Attempts to re-post anything that was accepted less than 45 days ago will be treated as a duplicate.

Please contact us via the Contact Form in case of spam posts. We will make efforts to try to avoid such problems.
