BREP Modification History

Hi there,
I am a newbee and this question may have been previously answered. I am looking for a function that would be reporting the BREP modifications that have been generated by usual operations on the model. The history would include, which entity was created, which was deleted, which one was produced by cut etc. I need this in order to be able to update outside structures of attributes that may be attached to some BRep entities. Does such function exist?
