in OCCT 7.4.0 and 7.5.0,
with the given wire shape in wire.brep file, call BRepOffsetAPI_MakeOffset function with offset (1.0) and altitude (0.0)
1: with the GeomAbs_Arc option, it can return successfully with the shape in ArcMode.brep file
2: with the GeomAbs_Intersection option, it failed。
I have also many similar wire shape failed in this function.
