Cast V3d_light to V3d_PositionLight

I've got a little problem. I want to cast a v3d_Light to v3d_PositionLight.I must recover the position of the light.
Does anyone has a solution for this problem?

I've got a solution.
V3d_PositionLight *spot =(V3d_PositionLight*)light.Access();
With Light is my Handle(V3d_Light).
