Converting DGN file to DWG format

I have the code to read and write a DGN file, but i want to convert DGN file to DWG format.

How to map a DGN Teigha database object to DWG Database object, so that DGN file contents can be saved in DWG format.

I would appritiate if anyone could help me with the code sample.
