Create a Spine for BRepOffsetAPI_MakePipe. How to Round the Vertex of a Wire?

Hello everybody,
I want to create a Spine for building pipes with MakePipe, but I need that my wire has round transitions between the edges of the Wire. What is the Tool for doing that?
