in the temp.zip, there is fuse.brep, I used the sample ImportExport to export it as step model. Compare with the result of OCC7.5 and OCC7.6, the step file is different.
reimport the result step file, the display result of OCC7.5 version is wrong.
I think it's very serious bug.

Is that a known issue? It doesn't have this issue in earlier build, like OCC6.8.

If the issue is not reproducible in the latest release OCCT 7.6.0 - does it really matter if it occurred in 7.5.0? There is a lot of bugfixes come into each OCCT release. And, unfortunately, regressions happen from time to time.
If you would like to chaise a particular bugfix that solved this problem in OCCT 7.6.0 compared to 7.5.0 - fill free to trace bugtracker or bisect commits in git log.
