I search in OCC650, this lib is not existed. please advise!

It is quite unlikely that you need this library, did you try to link without it?

Hi,
Very probably you are trying to compile old application which contains some string with mentioned library. TKCPPExt.lib is WOK library.
WOK was removed from OCCT and it is naturally that the library can't be found.
I am sure that you don't need this library.
