Getting Draw Data!

I'm new to this library, and would like to know if it's possible to get the draw data (geometry info) of the object created, so that I can render them using whatever video API of choice.

Of course, you can always use the visualization code supplied with OCC (uses OpenGL). Otherwise, you can use the BRepMesh class to generate a displayable edge and surface mesh. You can access the mesh using BRep_Tool::Triangulation (for faces) and BRep_Tool::PolygonOnTriangulation (for edges).
