how to fix missing face from BRepOffsetAPI_MakePipeShell?

I'm making solids with BRepOffsetAPI_MakePipeShell, and sometimes one face is not present.

I've tried to check the resulting shape, but BRepCheck_Analyzer reports that it is good, and it fuses with solids without problems. It has mass, which makes me think that the face is invisible - but I cannot select it when I enable face selection.

ShapeFix_Solid doesn't have an effect either.

What should I do?

After posting, I realized that pic is difficult to understand. Here's another pic. This is *not* the same object, but the same face is missing.

Hello Mark,
If the expected face is not presented on the screen () not visible) it is not possible to select it at all.
If you sure that the topological result is correct and iterator gives you expected number of faces it probably may be a visualization bug.
To check it we need the shape itself in any readable format (not picture for sure, but for example - brep). If it is a bug we will register it and will inform you.

I went back to an old revision of the source but couldn't get that behavior. If I encounter it again, I'll make sure that I save a shape and/or the code to produce it.
