My company faced the same trouble some time ago. We asked for help here and there with no result until we came across tutorials by Quaoar (ask google). As i know he does kinda of support services.

I am very glad that there are experts at OCCT who are willing to help you. But we also provide help. Noguchi's question was received on Thursday.
For technical reasons, on one day this year our mail service went down and all the letters that day did not reach us. It was just one single day. All other issues have been dealt with or are in the process of being dealt with.
