How to work on OpenCascade 6.5 installed with VS 2010?

I want to work on OpenCascade for developing a CAD model. I am new to the software. I tried working on OpenCascade 6.5 installed with VS 2010 but I faced a lot of errors and could not get the samples running.

Dear Wu Yanjun,
It is not very clear your working environment.
Did you compile OCCT 6.5.0 with VS2010 or you using released binaries?
Which sample is not working ?
Provide, please error log and specification of used VS10 version.
