Local healing of BSpline patches to get a C1 or C2 continuity

I am creating a rectangular array of BSpline surface patches from a rectangular array of points. The resulting surface patches are not C1 or even C0 continuous. How do I locally modify the patches at the junction to get a C1 or C2 continuity ??
Sewing operation didnt help as I still see gaps between the resultant surface patches. Kindly help.

This is a sample of the points array and the resultant surface that I have. I see gaps between the two patches when zoomed. I need to create several such surfaces in a rectangular array and need to have C1 or C2 continuity between each patch.
