I want to know whether I can cut a mesh in opencascade and view the plan with it's boundary information. If I can do by using opencascade, Is it possible to share some tutorials or how to do instruction

Please pay attention to Mesh Framework component - it provides mesh data structures and algorithms to work on meshes, such as computing plane section.
