Need help on how to create new project using c# sample project

Hello everyone,

I want to develop an application using C# sample project, I want to use same OCC and shell project in my application but when I add them into solution and try to build it gives an error :

Error 7 fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'OCC.lib' shell shell
Error 9 The referenced assembly "d:\Projects\Tatva Projects\MAPS\MAPS\shell\Debug\shell.dll" was not found. If this assembly is produced by another one of your projects, please make sure to build that project before building this one. MAPS

Please help me...
