I want to use occt 6.8 with vs 2010 to develop my application ,but I am new to use it , Do you have

Dear qixianyu,
You already have these samples.
See sub-folder '...\OCC680\opencascade-6.8.0\samples\' of the official release.
It contains set of various samples as qt-based as mfc-based.
Import/Export (IESample) sample is enough simple to start from it.
