OPEN_SHELL entity linked with the FACETED_BREP entity is not supported in STEP reading and transfer process

I have a step file which is attached to this ticket.
In this step file I have a OPEN_SHELL step entity linked to part through the FACETED_BREP entity. I have checked the StepToTopoDS_Builder class. In this class to init StepShape_FacetedBrep shape only CLOSED_SHELL entities are handled not OPEN_SHELL.
Can anyone help me in this to get this step file working?

Only replace entity be CLOSED_SHELL can helps to read. The current fils is created by not valid schema. Look: ENTITY faceted_brep - STEP Merged AP Library (steptools.com)
