Is the TCL language used by Draw Test Harness documented anywhere?
From Draw Test Harness I cannot even redirect the output from the "help" command to a file. That is,
help > doc.txt
displays no output but does not create the file.
I'm running version 6.6.0 in Windows 7.

Yes, TCL is used by Draw.
