I can't find any documentation on how to use this class and its functions. I am trying to use it to split and merge edges contained in wires that may overlap.
Any help would be appreciated,

you can find informations about TopOpeBRepBuild package and Builder method in the cdl file TopOpeBRepBuild_Builder.cdl in the ref directory.
