Total noob, and I don't understand the documentation

Alright, I was looking for a free-ware type of AutoCAD, and I came across this. I thought this program had a GUI interface, but I don't see it...

Is this a GUI program?

From the looks of it, this is a command-line program where I type things out, save them, and then export them into a drawing. I looked through the directories, and I don't see a program that lets me draw like AutoCAD.

What's going on?

Do I have to type up everything in order to get a visual? Is this not a GUI program?

OpenCASCADE is not CAD software. It is a solid modeling library used by software developers to build CAD-like software. You might want to check out the following list of free CAD software:
