unresolved external symbol _DllMainCRTStartup

Hi.

I'm trying to compile opencascade-7.1.0 with VS 2015. I do it as msvc.md document recommends.

VS points to LNK2001 error for _DllMainCRTStartup symbol in TKernel.

What have I missed?
