Experimental TKVoxel toolkit has been removed from OCCT (since release 7.0.0) due to limitations of this module.
OCC now provides more advanced solutions for Volume Rendering and voxel-based algorithms:

So, you better contacting OCC support if you are looking for voxel-based solutions or adjacent domains.
