Open Cascade updates Open CASCADE Technology Research and Science publications collection on the OCCT Development portal. The catalogue was enriched with 2021–2022 (till the end of August) works, adding to the collection almost 200 new research articles from prominent universities, scientific institutions, and R&D departments of commercial companies.
Open Cascade presents a new OCCT (Open CASCADE Technology) research and science publications infographics report. The updated version includes 2021-2022 data (till the end of August), adding almost 200 new research articles from world-class universities, scientific institutions, and R&D departments of commercial companies.
New version of the report includes more than 900 articles and research projects conducted by 600+ organizations in 55 countries. In 2021 scientists set the record for the maximum articles number, adding 181 publications to the collection.

This article provides a high-level overview of a frame rendering graph implemented by TKOpenGl (OpenGl_GraphicDriver). Although it is named here as a “graph”, it’s not that flexible and the overall structure looks pretty flat, as could be seen later on diagrams.
Article might be useful to OCCT developers and to advanced OCCT users wanting to learn more about low-level OpenGL rendering aspects of OCCT 3D Viewer, to see a better correlation between high-level (AIS) and low-level (OpenGl) layers, to figure out how and where to implement tricky effects or to understand how to optimize application rendering performance.
Open CASCADE Technology works on a vast range of platforms, and it is one of high priorities to keep supporting major compilers.

Open CASCADE Technology version 7.6.0 is a minor release, which includes more than 410 improvements and corrections over the previous minor release 7.5.0.
Version 7.6.0 introduces new features of most OCCT modules and components.
